The Site is an informational website describing CaptureLedger's finance operations consulting services. It does not provide any self-service software, account creation, or online transactions. Engagements for finance operations services are arranged and billed separately, outside the Site, following direct contact with us.

CaptureLedger LLC is not a licensed CPA firm and does not hold a license to practice public accountancy. Titles and terms used on the Site — including "Controller," "FinOps," "Revenue Operations," and "Bookkeeping" — describe functional roles and services, not a professional license or certification. If you need tax preparation, an audit, a review, a compilation, or any other attest or assurance engagement, you should engage a licensed CPA firm directly; we are glad to point you to one on request.

4. No Professional Advice; Separate Engagement Required

Content on the Site — including service descriptions, pricing, and general information about finance operations — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional familiar with your specific situation.

No finance operations or other services are provided, and no client relationship is formed, through your use of the Site alone. Actual engagements are established only through a separate agreement entered into directly with us, which governs the scope, terms, and fees of the services provided.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, interfering with its normal operation, or using it to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

6. Intellectual Property
